Connexi launches with exclusive partnership with SMG Insight

Connexi, the first real-time data-driven sponsorship marketplace connecting brands and rights holders has announced an exclusive partnership with SMG Insight as it launches its platform in the UK.

Connexi’s mission is to make it easier for brands, rights holders and agencies to find and engage with each other and create meaningful commercial relationships, backed by real insight. Its algorithms, based on real-time data, enable clients to save time while ensuring only the most relevant partnership options are created on an individual basis.

The platform works by using consumer, social and first party insights about the audiences of available sports properties to make intelligent matches between brands looking for sponsorship opportunities and rights holders with assets to offer. As well as saving users’ time in their hunt for partnerships, the platform aims to create a data driven solution to the current model, ensuring that fewer sponsorship assets go untapped.

To power audience insights, Connexi has partnered with SMG Insight to generate deep, audience research reports which give clients a more holistic view of their audience. The Connexi platform is currently in beta with almost 40 brands and rights holders already trialling the service.
