Do you think a lack of spectators makes it harder for athletes to compete?

A spike in COVID-19 numbers in Tokyo has meant fans are barred from attending live Olympic events and venues largely devoid of spectators.

It appears many people think a lack of cheering fans makes it harder for athletes to perform. Half of Brits and a third of Americans say the lack of spectators makes it harder, while 16% of Brits and 22% of Americans say it makes it easier.
